Nairobi & its environs:
- Orders received up-to 4.30 p.m. will be delivered the same day.
- Orders received after 4.30 p.m. will be delivered next day in the morning maximum by 11 a.m.
- Orders received before 9.30 a.m. will be delivered at any a.m. time
- Orders received after 9.30 a.m. will be delivered at any p.m. time.
Mount Kenya:
- Orders received up-to 2.00 p.m. will be delivered the same day.
Orders received after 2.00 p.m. will be delivered next day in the morning maximum by 11.30 a.m.
Upcountry:
- Orders received will be delivered the next day in the morning.
Orders received by 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, will be shipped that day.
All
products requiring refrigeration are shipped in accordance with each manufacturer's
recommendations.
Major holidays and physical inventories alter our shipping schedule. Advance
notification of shipping schedule changes are sent via order shipments and
